What we handle

Credentialing
We get you in-network with the major commercial plans. CAQH attestation, panel applications, group rosters — handled.
Billing + RCM
Claims submission, follow-up on rejections, patient billing. Direct deposit to your bank, transparent reporting.
Intake + scheduling
A human answers when prospective clients call. We screen, schedule, and verify benefits before sending the client to you.
EHR + practice management
We set up and manage your SimplePractice instance, including templates, intake packets, and reminders.
How it works
The first call.
- We talk for 30 minutes. You tell us where you are and what you want. We tell you whether we can help.
- If we can, we send you a one-page summary of what we’d take on and what it costs. Standard MSO fee structure — no kickback concerns.
- You decide. If yes, onboarding takes 4-6 weeks. If no, no pressure. We’ll point you toward other options.
