Thea Terenzi - LMSW
Thea Terenzi, LMSW, is a warm and grounded psychotherapist who brings a trauma-informed, holistic approach to her work with individuals, couples, and families. She specializes in trauma recovery, grief and loss, PTSD, mood disorders, and substance use treatment, supporting clients in building resilience, self-compassion, and emotional well-being. Her practice integrates mindfulness and meditation to enhance nervous system regulation and present-moment awareness.
Thea draws from an eclectic blend of evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and strengths-based, person-centered care. A certified SMART Recovery Group Facilitator, she has led groups on recovery, grief, parenting, and emotional regulation. Her therapeutic style is relational, nonjudgmental, and empowering—grounded in the belief that healing happens through safe, supportive relationships and meaningful connection.
Breanna Zariello - LMSW

She has spent her career working across the spectrum of care, from facilitating social emotional learning and kindness initiatives to providing psychiatric support and coaching for young adults.
Breanna is driven by a commitment to holistic, trauma-informed care. She utilizes evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, to create a safe space where clients can navigate life’s challenges. Whether she is helping individuals advance personally or supporting them through complex transitions, Breanna believes in a multi-tiered, compassionate approach that fosters resilience and a strong sense of wellbeing.
Barbara Counihan- Clinical Director LCSW
Meet Barbara Counihan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the Clinical Director at Happy Pro. Barbara brings extensive experience in substance use treatment and psychiatric social work to the team with a career dedicated to helping others find their path. She has spent years guiding individuals ranging from adolescents in residential care to adults in intensive outpatient programs toward recovery and stability.
Barbara is driven by a quest for ongoing learning and professional growth. She is not just an administrator but also a mentor who is SIFI certified to train the next generation of social workers.
