Mental health care on Long Island has gotten harder to access. Long waitlists. Practices that don’t take insurance. Therapists who only see clients during the work day. We built Happy Pro Counseling to do this differently.
Where local people help local people
We are not a national chain.
Every clinician here lives within an hour of the office. They shop in the same grocery stores as our clients. Their kids go to the same school districts. They know what it’s like to live here.
That local fluency matters. When a client mentions their job, their commute, their family — we can picture it.

Call, text, or email. A real person gets back to you the same day, usually within hours — not voicemail roulette.

Before your first session, we call your insurance, get your copay in writing, and send it to you. No surprise bills.

Most weeks we can get you in within days, not months.

We pay our clinicians well
Burned-out therapists do not provide great care. Our clinicians are paid fairly so they can focus on the work in front of them.
