ADHD Therapy on Long Island
For adults, teens, and kids who struggle with focus, follow-through, time, and the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it. Same-week intake.
What ADHD therapy with us looks like
Therapy doesn't replace medication โ but for many people it does more than medication alone. We focus on the skills, the systems, and the emotional load that comes with ADHD.
Approaches we use
CBT for ADHD (the evidence-based protocol). Executive function coaching. Mindfulness for attention training. IFS for the shame/self-criticism layer.
What we don't do
We don't prescribe medication (we're not psychiatrists). If meds are part of your plan, we coordinate with your prescriber. We focus on the therapy side.
What it costs
In-network with Aetna, Cigna, UHC, Oxford, Northwell Direct. $0-$40 typical copay. Private pay $100/session, no insurance.
School support
For kids/teens with ADHD: we have a school social worker on staff who helps coordinate 504 plans and IEP requests.
What ADHD therapy helps with
ADHD isn't just about attention. We work with the whole picture.
How to start
Most clients are seen within 2-7 days of their first call.
Call us
Call (631) 371-2718. Whether it's for yourself, your teen, or your child โ we'll figure out the right fit.
We verify
We confirm insurance coverage (or set up cash-pay) and match you with an ADHD-experienced clinician.
First session
We schedule your first session โ usually within the same week. In-person or telehealth.
Local people helping local people
Our clinicians live on Long Island. They drive the same roads you drive, know the schools your kids go to, and understand what local life actually looks like โ the commute, the seasons, the communities, the pressure.
We match you with the clinician who fits โ by specialty, by personality, by what you're working on. No call-center routing. No one-size-fits-all.
ADHD makes things harder than they need to be.
Call us and we'll set up a first session this week. In-network with the major carriers or $100 private pay if insurance isn't a fit.
