Happy Pro Counseling is based in Southampton, about 30 minutes east, and offers same-week intake appointments for new patients. For most Riverhead residents, telehealth across New York State is the most practical default, with in-person sessions at our Southampton office available when convenient.

Q: How long is the drive from Riverhead to your Southampton office? A: Roughly 30 minutes east on Route 27 / Sunrise Highway. Free parking on-site.
Q: Can I do all sessions by telehealth? A: Yes. Many of our Riverhead patients do telehealth as their default.
Q: Do you serve Mattituck, Cutchogue, Aquebogue? A: Yes — we serve all of central and eastern Suffolk County, in-person and via telehealth.
Q: Do you accept Empire BCBS or Healthfirst? A: Empire varies by clinician — call us with your plan name. Healthfirst is not currently accepted.
Q: What about evening or weekend appointments? A: We have evening availability several days per week and limited Saturday slots.
